This is the body after all the bondo work was completed---I can't take credit for that---I took it to a bodyshop and paid $2500 to have it done. The work is flawless.

Wow, Brian. I can't believe you turned that old car into something as nice as this! I read through all of the posts on building the old car chassis/frame, nice. Great inspiration to me, written very well and great pics. My Grandson will be attempting to build up an old '29 Essex Coupe with Rumble Seat this winter. It isn't much right now. When I get home I am going to post a pic of it. It has the front cowl section with windshield etc., the rear section from Doors back including hatch, and half a dozen doors, only one of which matches the body. No floor at all, no framing for it. And of course no roof. I have a model A frame that I am contemplating using, but your buildup has got me on the wire now. Looks to be a much better and stronger frame. We are going to do it a highboy. I want a hood over the engine but no sides. Not sure what the engine will be yet, depends on what we find with funds available. Keep up the great posts. oldrodder43
