Early in the new frame design a dummy rusted block and bad TH350 was used to make motor and transmission mounts..,
Those are 2,600 pound airbags that were moved OVER the beam to avoid bending of the radius bars,
Frame is now 2'x5"x 3/8" THICK steel notched lengthwise and welded to 14" of the OEM front horns of the original weak frame.., I-beam is 66' Chevy Van...
Radius bars are 1"x3" for now and they are bolted under the OEM Van u-bolts with the front end tilted 3-degrees back when its at ride-height....· Date: · Views: 3,122
