I wanted a rumble seat and I was afraid saddle tanks would not survive my rough (350' long) driveway so I planned for a 13 gallon tank in the shape of the rumble seat but I wanted protection of the gas tank so I add a 4"x1/4" steel plate across the rear of the rumble area. This had the added good effect of making the entire rear of the car more rigid.· Date: · Views: 4,084
