Finishing a 34 Ford Cabrela (sp)

My father is 75 years old and has been working on restoring a 34 Ford Cabrela (sp) to its original condition. I'm not talking hot rod, but flat head V8, everything back to original. All he has left to finish this car is the fitting of the hood and fenders, and the painting of them. He's been working on and off for the last 30 years on this, and I would like to see the car get done while he's still living. Does anyone know any qualified people that he could take this to to get the car finished for a reasonable fee. Does anyone do charity work for the elderly. It is a very nice car.
