With a Sawzall, blue-tip wrench, hand grinder and a MIG, there's never a fit issue. :)

What are you going to do with the truck? Personally I say c4. Did you upgrade the 7.5 rear end? Yes, you will have to gently massage the tunnel with a hammer.Quote:

Right now my focus is on my 36 coupe...however I have given some thought to converting the old splash V6 to a V8, jazzing up the interior and giveing it a new coat of paint...Just a weekend driver and occasionally we take it on short road trips...It currently is hooked to a five speed, but I'm hearing I need to go to a heavier transmission...While I do admit to putting my foot into the splash on occasion, I won't be making any appearances at the quarter...
I'm thinking a manual would be less expensive and therefore given this is not my main project, the manual may be the better choice....
