Does anyone know of a program that will allow me to print out a picture actual size that is bigger than the paper? Say the picture would fit on 4 pages like this, right now its only printing the corner not the whole picture. I am running win98 with a canon LBP460 printer, using either photoshop 7 or even just having the picture in IE it still doesn't print the whole picture, just section 1 not 2,3 or 4

If I am understanding your question, you want to print a picture that is as large as 4 sheets of letter size paper... I'll assume that you want each of the 4 sheets of paper oriented in a "landscape" position. This will allow you to piece 4 separate 10" x 8" images together to make a single 20" wide by 16" tall image.
If you are using Photoshop, you need to go to the image size window and check to see that you have at least a 20" x 16" image at a minimum resolution of 150 dpi. You will then go to the image canvas size window and "crop" each corner to a 10" x 8" image and save them each as a new file.
Print each 10" x 8" file and then paste them together...

DanJ, yes thats what I am trying to do. the picture will be 18x22 so I can read the dimensions better.

Do you already have you a frame drawn up?
To a point, I got a rough draft drawn up thanks to your drawing, Just going to have to change a few dimensions after I get it layed out on the garage floor and put the body together.
I plan on putting tape down to get the right look of the frame then put the body on top ot the tape to see if it works then I will see where I need to make changes.
