converting 6 volt to 12 vold
i know this is a frequently asked question but i need some help i have a 53 ford customline and i want to convert it and i was woundering if any one could give me a check list or something like that for what i have to change or do and also some websites where i can order parts for my car

Or, you can change the whole system to 12V.
Alt, Batt, Gauges, lights etc, and then re-wire it.
I like to wire. Thats why I say that.

I think about all you have to change, is generator, starter, bulbs, and you'll need a reducer circuit for the guages. unless you wanna change them out too..
Education is expensive. Keep that in mind, and you'll never be terribly upset when a project goes awry.
EG
Calling out car models.. my brother and I made a game out of that. we could be walking down a street or riding along in the car with our parents and who ever could say the model name the fastest...
