I use the Armor All interior cleaner and am happy with it. You might try some "Simple Green", too. I would try it on a not so visible area first to make sure it does not pull the dye from the vinyl.

STAY AWAY FROM ARMOR ALL. unless you plan to use it forever more.
I had a 67 Pontiac Catalina, ( way back when ) and when i got it the dash was perfect. Well, being proud of my new - attained ride, I got a bottle of armor all and made it beautiful. Well, i lost intrest in purchasing armor all ( gas was tying up most of my expendable income ) and stopped applying it. next thing ya know, the dash SHATTERED... and I mean cracks everywhere.
Armor all is fine... IF you don't stop using it. Try some pledge furniture polish. Also, you can try re-dying it. the vinyl dye comes in spray cans and is availble ( I think ) through JC whittney and Estwood

I don't use Armor All, either. But I do like their cleaner.
