cheap seats......?
What are your opinions on seat frames? I understand how to put the covers on and the cushion replacements ,to make them look good But , what about the frames? is there something I'm not doing the best way . what is the best way to remove the old stuff " burn it off":whacked . I'd like to send them off But its just not a option right now. "All this talking about car, got me out side pulling trim , and I think i can do the seats, If I have someone pull them for me , just to have something to do right now ". What do you guys do ? When your going to keep the seats that were in it . the rust on the frames is what bothers me ."Whad'ya want for nuth'N, ..............aaa,rrrrrubber biscuit... ?"

What kind of seat are you talking about? Bench seat, bucket seat?
The few times i have re-done seats, I just strip all the material off them, then sand blast the frames & paint with POR15.

thanks........
If the por-15 will flex and never harden? that will be great! Just like I said in an earlier post I have'nt got to use "this stuff" yet. But apparently this it's some great stuff."Whad'ya want for nuth'N, ..............aaa,rrrrrubber biscuit... ?"

Hey Tree there is a member on here "Hot Rod Up" who does custom interiors in Alabama. You should search his posts, I know he might have some good advice.Justin RFFR

We managed to get a couple of other small things taken care of. One was blacking out the front of the core support. When the sun hit the front of the car just right that green paint on the core...
