Just a thought, but what about actually contacting the vendor directly and see if they wiil sell you just the sleeve.

I was able to do that with the kit I bought for my 57 Plymouth which also uses a sleeve. Although it wasn't something he normally got requests for, he sold me just the sleeve I needed.
