    Ignition Wiring Old School

I have a 1932, 3 window Ford coupe that I inherited when i was 8 years old. It has been sitting for 12 years and has no wires other than the cables for the starter and the alternator. It has a 283 Chevy and a rock crusher trany and I want to keep the points distributor and alternator but i don't have any idea what parts i need or how to wire it up so it will run. It has solid core plug wires and old school exposed sparkplug connectors that i want to keep because they just look cool and I'v never seen them anywhere else. Can someone please help me figure out how to wire it like they did back in the day?
