rusty

Does anyone have any great ideas for getting out rusty exhaust manifold bolts. I have a 87 dodge truck that i restored in 96. What started out to be somewhat of a show truck ended up being one heck of a plow truck. Anyway my right manifold cracked and blew out the gasket and of course the bolts are rusted solid. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.:CRY:

First the obvious. Spray the penetrating oil of your choice on the bolts and let them set for a s long ast you can. Next, rap sharply on the bolt heads with a hammer being careful not to distort the bolt head. They should come out pretty easily after that.
