'79 Caprice Steering Column Help
Hey guys, been on the road a bit lately so have not posted much. I have an annoying rattle in my steering column and finally said enough is enough and tore into it. I have the wheel off, along with a plastic shield and have now come to a spoked wheel looking piece that I have not been able to remove to get to the turn signal mechanism. I can't see any sort of a retaining clip and it is on there tight. Any ideas where to go next? The column is a tilt unit from a '79 Caprice I believe. Here is a picture of the piece I am trying to remove.
Thanks!
PatOf course, that's just my opinion, I could be wrong!

Saw this posted on FB, and thought of posting it on the Joke Page as a Model A Donk, but then thought it's not a joke, it's cool!! -
