10 bolt Camaro???
Well, looks like I may have stepped into it. I was looking for an 81 Camaro rear and finally found a 10 bolt on ebay that wasn't 2000 miles from home. I got it for 50.00 and drove over and picked it up. I should have pulled the cover and found the three broken teeth on the ring and pinon. [Frown] Everything else looks ok but should I junk it and start over looking for another rear or should I have the gears replaced?
The id on it is J150.

You shouldn't have expected much more for $50.,but this way you can get the ratio you want. I'd rebuild it it's not that hard.
