ford 8" rear
i found a complete rear its out of a 69 stang, i removed the axles , do the backing plates fit over the axle bearing,or do i have to press the bearing off to get the backing plate off, i dont want to try to force it off ,never did a ford rear beforeGLENN
you can do it if you know how it works

post a pic if you can .. if you can get all the bolts out of the chunk with a socket it is a 8 inch .. if it takes a boxed end wrench to get out a couple the it is a 9 inchLast edited by HOSS429; 11-17-2007 at 07:10 PM.
