Fan Shroud
Fan blade sitting outside shroud. The blade is 4'' from radiator. How close can I safely move it in. This is where it originally was , but I would think it help being little closer.

Thanks Denny. Need get another spacer. Why it was like that from factory is mystery. This will help with cooling.

I'm thinking maybe a 1/3 of the fan blade at the top inside the shroud. The fan blade will be closest to the radiator at the bottom because of the angle of the engine but with 4 inches of clearance you shouldn't have any problem......Bob

Just curious, what vehicle is that on? That shroud is piddly in depth compared to any "old time" 60s-70s stock V-8 shroud I've ever seen.There is no substitute for cubic inches
