help with brake plumbing
I am in the process of building my 32 and wondered if someone had a diagram for brake plumbing. I am going with a vette style master on the frame and have disc in front and rear. Not sure what size proportioning valves to use. Is there rule of thumb to follow as to where these pieces go and what order? Thanks in Advance

Use one proportioning valve in the line to the rear brakes. If your master cylinder is in the floor, use a 2# residual pressure valve in both front and rear lines. I would put the residual pressure valves near the master cylinder, and put the proportioning valve on the frame where it is easy to get to.
There's a diagram on Page 3 of Inline Tube's catalog.Last edited by Henry Rifle; 04-06-2008 at 12:45 PM.
