Smoothing and painting engine!
Thought id share some pics of my 406 im building!
Was wondering if anyone has smoothed up there block and painted it body color aswell love to see some other peices done!

Chewed up a few Roloc discs on that job, huh?Looks nice. I usually just knock off some of the high spots because I sort of like them to have a cast look, but your's looks sharp like that. I also usually paint them a contrasting color, but do use automotive epoxy primer and catalyzed paint.

looks nice i do some of that but in the inside of the engineIrish Diplomacy ..the ability to tell someone to go to Hell ,,So that they will look forward to to the trip

Thanks guys the Motor has had a good bit of deburring inside aswell lol and is a Solid Roller motor. Also i shot the block with a good quailty etching primer and then based it and cleared it!
Heres a few pics of the project still in metal mock up but getting closer to getting body back off frame and start smoothing and painting it aswell, I'll keep you posted!
