Either way looks good to me. I like the way you have it in the photo - and if you don't like it that way in 2 weeks, 6 months or next year, try it the other way.Dave W

Hehe, funny you should bring this up. I have a four spoker on my T and I never gave it any thought until it became time to mount it, then my Son said to me that I had the spokes the wrong way. I had it with the spokes at 12-3-6-and 9 oclock, and he said they should be at 2-4-8 and 10 oclock. The more I looked at it the more I wasn't sure, so I tried it both ways.
I have settled on his way because the way I had it the sun would blind me from the chrome spoke in front of my face when the sun was behind me. It was like a mirror reflecting the glare back at me. I still get some reflection, but not as bad. I also find my hands fall more naturally between the spokes in that position.
I think I have seen more done with the spokes the way I had them in the beginning, in the old days, but I guess it is 6 of one and half dozen of another. I do have a quick disconnect hub on mine, so I can index it the other way simply by removing it and changing the position.

Another thing to think about. If your gauges are directly in front of you, it may be difficult to see them with the wheel mounted in the 12-3-6-9 (+) position.

Driving 101. Hands at 10 and 2 so keep the spokes away from there.

Thanks for the input. My research reveals the following:
The older the car or racer, the more likely the wheel will be +
Newer hot rods seem to favor the X
Italian 4 spokes seem to be +
UK 4 spokes are almost always X
Hippies with hot rods like 4 spokes =
