    Steering Shaft Question

I need to change the steering shaft location some on my 49 F-1 Ford. I am installing a Hemi in it, and much to my surprise it is a very easy fit with everything but the steering shaft interferring with the headers. Not even a lot of interference just enough. Question I have is Flaming River, Ididit and Borgeson all list a DD shaft, but none of them furnish the deminsions of that shaft. Anyone here know weather there DD shafts will slip into the DD shaft on the column? Or are they the same size of DD?

    Thanks Roland
