So im replacing the driver side door skin on my 37 chev pickup, I am learning as i go, new to body work. I plan on bonding the skin on with fusor 108b. i am having problems with the fit and alignment, How do i know if the gap between the door and cab is going be correct. I didn't want to bend the flanges around door structure yet and have to bend them back after the test fit to get the glue in. Maybe i should just weld it? Any suggestions would be appreciated by this rookie. thanks.
