1947 Cadillac Series 62 Trim Tag Decoding
Taking a closer look at a Cadillac i recently picked up im drawing up some blanks when it comes to completely decoding the trim tag, the following is what i have so far. The area im questioning is the Paint #. It says 2K but cannot find any references on the internet nor in the paint samples or vintage manuals i bought right after bringing the ol girl home. Any help would be appreciated. The nice thing i found out after going through some archives and checking my inventory it would seem not only was the car in great shape, but this one has most of the extra options you could get in 47'. im a lil iffey on whether or not the steering wheel is or was upgraded so any details on that would be great as well
