Picked up Dan's heads yesterday.

The machine shop had my Son's heads ready to pickup yesterday so I went and got them. We are really impressed with the way they came out as we are with the rest of the block work he did.

They installed stainless valves and found some that were bigger than the original C head valves, plus they did the valve guides and installed valve seals that are machine fit to the guides instead of the old umbrella ones that were on there originally.

Now we just have to wait for Dan to decide if he is gong to paint the engine black again, or if it will be Oldsmobile gold for a little change. Then we can start degreeing the cam, putting the heads on, and buttoning it all up for hopefully the last time.
