If you are talking about the yellowing, there are tons of companies that make stuuf.
I took some aluminum polish and a cloth polishing wheel on a handheld drill and did my oldest daughters Pontiac. The lens were very yellow and it took about 1/2 hr per lens, but all it cost me was time.

I've used tooth paste. Work it in at a 45 degree angle(s), buff off with terry cloth rag.

I use the polish grade rubbing compound with sheepskin pad on my electric drill. No need for the high $ lens polishing kits.

Gary I've used various kits including Harbor Freight, but the best one to polish them out so far for me was Mothers Power ball kit, which is reuseable, and to seal them after buffing I've used Bluemagic Headlight lens sealer. Both are pretty cheap and easy to use. Whatever you choose, the will refog much faster once you do this, unless you seal them with some sort of uv protection, which is why I now treat them with the Bluemagic stuff. So far so good." I sand them with a soft pad on a D/A. 800 grit. Cleans them up in a couple of minutes. I them degrease them and spray them with Dupont clear laquer. The laquer acts as a UV protector and also helps chip resistance.
