    I guess you have been beaten up pretty good on the safety issue, probably enough said on that, except perhaps that sometimes extra careful still isn't enough.

    Enough said on that.

    On the ol lady's diplomat with the 318 huffing through 72" sidepipes, they didn't seem restrictive, and weren't overly loud. Nice rumble at idle.

    That car is long gone, concrete embankments are unforgiving. I kept the pipes though, and have one on my 76 nova with straight six, and it is very quiet.

    Education is expensive. Keep that in mind, and you'll never be terribly upset when a project goes awry.
