well done and I guess that "necessity is the mother of invention" after all isn't it?
don't have any pics but I made a hood spring application tool for my '56 Jimmy and when I was shoeing horses, I built a tool that would allow me to pick up a "hot" shoe and place it on the hoof for a perfect fit without burning me or the animal.

some I have had to change over the years +++ a set of adjustable metric wrenches. Yes they are metric as in made in France.
