In search of an outside passenger side door handle. Can't seem to find one. Any help would be appreciated.

Welcome to CHR! How much have you searched via Google? At first blush there seem to be a whole bunch of places focused on Plymouth parts, like Moore's Auto Salvage in South Dakota? Plus there's a pretty big Plymouth Owner's Group out there, and those guys can often point to parts stashes that don't get advertised.Roger
