Mildren Power Dome heads.
I was at a mate's place today and he showed me a pair of bronze 21 stud Ford (flat-head) heads.
He had scored the whole motor, it had sat untouched in a shed since the late fifties/early sixties, and was initially destined to be fitted in a race boat.
The whole motor is in 'as new' condition, it had been well protected in a warm, dry, environment.
The heads are cast in two sections, one half sitting directly on to the top of the block, the other half sitting on top of the first. Cast into the (finned) top of the heads are the words: 'Mildren Power Dome."
But what's he got?
Neither of us have ever heard of themLast edited by johnboy; 01-14-2015 at 08:04 PM.

When I was about six years old, a race car on a trailer went past our house. I thought it was the coolest thing I had EVER seen! And I haven’t been the same since. That was over fifty years ago. ...
