Box question
So, dad built the 1934 Ford PU with the original frame and used 1970 Duster torsion bar suspension. I’m thinking of changing that out to an IFS set up, but seems they are all boxed. Can you add boxed IFS to non boxed frame? Seems that would be a weak point?

I have MII suspension on mine, The kit only came with box plates about up to the cab and that was it. I boxed my frame all the way to the rear, I don't know if it was necessary or not. On the side note If I would do it over again I would have clipped something else on or done a complet e frame swap, I got it good now, but it seems like it's a very finicky set up, I have a lot of hours into it making a drive right.Seth
