Metal Fabricating
Since I don't have much to do on my summer vacation I thought that I would pick up a new and ever lasting hobby... sheet metal fab. I want to just learn to make things like hood scoops, bike tanks, etc etc just for something to do and I got a project I am doing with my golf cart and am just fixing it up a bit and would like to add a few things here and there and a dash board, etc and was wondering if anyone knows of any good sites that can help me learn to do this kind of stuff? I found this site in the Street Rodder mag called www.fournierenterprises.com and it has a lot of tools for forming and shaping sheet metal and more and I was going to get some books but first wan't to see if there are any sites and all because I don't need to learn everything from reading, I like to learn the basics and learn the rest by first hand experience and learn on my own and have my own way of doing it. Any info on this would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Thanks a lot there treekiller.... by the way, are you a vegitarian? Haha just messing.
Yeah I also found this site out and I thought I might as well put it up here in case anyone else want's to check this out.... www.thesheetmetalshop.com
It has a pretty good forums and a automotive section on it for metal shaping so hopefully those people there can help me out a bit.
Thanks again for that link treekiller, it's a pretty good site.
