Woot Woot
Im so excited I cant stand it.
Here in Missouri there FINALLY changing the emissions laws to make a little more sense.
Until now all cars 1971 or newer in the St.Louis are are required to have emissions tests, unless you have historic plates.
Now theyve changed it to a rolling 26 year deal, so starting sometime this year , anything older than 1978 doesnt get tested, next year 1979 etc, etc. They are finally using there heads, it took alot of our sigitures & lobbying, & Id like to than Jim @ Old Dog STreet rods who really put in a bunch of effort to get this done. I'm sure glad to hear that. Info of that sort is rarely newsworthry in this part of the state(Springfield). Hopefully it keep some rides from the crusher. Anyone who was instrumental in the passage of that legislation is owed a debt of gratitude from all of us.

I'm really worried about California. We have a 30 year rolling expemtion here, but there is a bill on the governator's desk to stop the rolling exemption at 1975 and require all newer vehicles to get smogged. Well, I drive a 1976.

GMC, a '76 looks just like a '74, a title and tag would remedy your situation, just don't tell anyone I told you to do it.
