needing experteice on custom chassis work.
I am currently building a 1952 ford f1 truck, and I have a very tight budget. I am wanting to upgrade the front suspension. I have done lots of research on different options such as Ifs kits, and using donor cars for the front clip. I happen to have a 1974 chevrolet monte carlo that I bought for a parts car, for another project build. I have heard of people using a camaro front clip for the ifs before. Does the camaro and monte carlo have a similar frame design? If anybody has any suggestions it would be greatly appreciated.

its been awhile but i a ran a modified race car that had the chevelle snout on it and i couldn't get the roll center low enough so i cut it out and put the camaro snout in the place of it and i believe it was the same width at the fire wall. you can get the camaro a lot lower with less trouble. if you have a choice use the camaro.**)
