69 Camaro Suspension
I'm considering buying a base model 69 camaro. It has a 6 banger in it now and I would like to replace it with a 350. Would I need to upgrade the suspension or did these cars come with the same supension for the six and eight ?

The basic suspension is the same.....you may want to put in heavier front springs and sway bar.Home Handyman Forum

Camaro
Try a set of Eibach springs in the front of the 69 they come in a 1" drop allready and are high quality. Does the car have drum brakes in the front? If it does I would change it over to disc, If you are dropping a 350 in it you're going to want extra stopping power. Escpecially when the cops pull you over for speeding.
