1970 mustang 429 springs

I put a 429 in my 1970 mustang, and no suprise, it sits a little low in the front. Are there heavier duty springs I can install? Perhaps something that interchanges from another vehicle. Thanks

i have 428 springs in mine .. seems to sit ok .. are you using those godawfull 10 piece headers .. i would post a pic of mine but that function seems to have went away

In my '68 Mustang I ran springs from a Mustang GT with a 390 that had air conditioning. I remember they were beefier to handle the extra weight. With a 351 Cleveland it sat nice and high.

Sounds good. I have a set of slip fit headers but could not get them to fit around the power steering pump. I went with the stock exhaust manifolds into duals, and it breaths pretty well. I'll keep my eyes open for some heavier springs. Thanks for the info.
