It could be worse. You could get a room full of people with an oil pan, a gasket, sealeant, and a sheet of paper that says,"go for it".
yep, and i bet you some would use gasket only, some sealent only, and some both, and then id cut mine out of the "go for it sign". and put a "small" bead of sealer around it. :whacked:
