well after much turmoil had to take the tc in for 30 thou to come off the snout, lathe operator found it so out of wack could not even spin it up. From front to rear center pcs 10 thou off one ear that bolts up to flexplate 35 thou off its neighbor. Pretty much junk right out of the box, time to upgrade to a new manufacture, any suggestions on brand?
i like the Coan stalls they make a lower price one for street/ strip i have had some problems with TCI and BM just could not hold up
IF your going to put some thing behind a Bigblock for street or strip with or with out a trans brake use a COAN product.Or send them your old converter fill out the spec sheet on coans web site and they will build your converter to your specs.If it's a street strip car have them put a aluminum stator in it,or if you have some cash to spend put a steel stator in it.
