GM quick disconnect clutch slave line?
Have a GM truck I'm working on. '95 K1500 with NV-3500 5spd and the external slave ( not internal like '96+ ).. Replaced the starter and the cobb'd clutch slave line started leaking. The special quick disconnect fitting had a compression fitting that tied it to another peice of 1/4" tube.. I had enough to put a new section of line in, and enough left on the fitting to get another compression fitting on it, but it still weeps a little under pressure so I can't leave it. Person has it back for now, and knows just to keep the clutch fluid topped every day.. Anyone know if that special fitting is available seperatly, and second. how is it released?.. The correct line is special order and almost $70 for rubber hose and brake lineYou don't know what you've got til it's gone
