    master cylinder cover in floor

Hey Gang How did you guys handle your carpet over the master cylinder cover in the drivers side floor. Did you just make it so you can pull the whole floor up on that side. Or did you carpet the door also.
    Thanks

You could make a cover with the carpet on it and put Velcro on it. That way you could access the MC .

20180313_075024.jpgMine's just a slit in from the door side towards the tunnel, right in front of the seat when it's all the way back, with the edges bound with vinyl, held to the floor with velcro. The outer edge at the door tucks under the molding. Just slip out the flap, flip it back for access, and then tuck it back under the molding and press down the velcro. Once in place you just see the bound edges butted against each other.

Enjoy the little things in life, and you may look back one day and realize that they were really the BIG things.

I guess I just did it to simply, an access door on top the carpet then a custom floor mat on top of it made out of matching carpet, you lift the floor mat up and open the door. I thought on my first rod about this and then thought, I'm going to cover it anyway with a floor mat why complicate it, Rogers looks nice though, no engineer jokes here!
Why is mine so big and yours so small, Chrysler FirePower
