HP Expectations??
Hey guys!
I am installing a 396(402) in my 1965 Chevelle a couple of weeks from now. I am very anxious to know what it will run and sound like. Can anyone give me some rough HP/Torque expectations? Anyone used this cam before? Seems to be unique.

Go there and there is a couple diffrent 402 engines. My 402 is being built right now, diffrent specs but with the cam im using its going to be fairly lumpy... even though im not a mopar guy those 440's sound the best i think.

This web site is awesome!! I am a chevy guy, but it is hard to beat the sound of a lumpy 440. I hope my 396 has a little thump to it. We'll see. THanks!!!!!!

Per Desk top dyno, assuming 9.50 cr and large tube headers through free flowing mufflers, understand this is the best case scenario and in perfect tune.Objects in the mirror are losing
