    427t intake?

I have a 427t that i want to build, does anyone make a tall deck intake that i can use with oval port heads? And i dont want to use intake spacers. If anyone has built one of these motors, can the block be clearenced for a 4.25 crank?

yes they do make intakes look in summit or jeg.s dart weiand merlin and there is more. but the deck plates are not to big a deal if you want to run a airgap intake you have to run the plates 4.250 crank is not a big deal you mite have to take a bit of the block out. but h beams rods somtimes have more room this where the rod bolts are. newer blocks you can put 4.500 stroke in the stock 427 tall deck block with out to much work in the stock gm bock tall decks i have put the 4.250 and4.500 and the bow tie blocks up to 4.500 4.750 crank i know i said this is not to much work but it is more work to build one of the tall deck big block than a short deck block and one thing do not cut more out than you need 0.60 to 0.80 is good to keep things from hitting do not get nuts with the die grinder and when done break the sharp spot s off with a drum sander on the die grinder when done so you do not screw the pistons skirts
