    i have 11/32 manley severe duty valves, i am having fun with the project regardless thank for your help

    got the right seals one side done. took off driver valve cover and discovered the needle and bearing was missing from my aluminum rocker on number 1 exhaust. thank god the machine shop put a screen in ,my lifter valley the parts were there. they were crane energizer rockers thinking about going to comp magnum. what do you guys think the best bang for the buck is that will hold up.
