hi im joel and i just picked up a 1990 454 from a chevy 3500 2wd truck and its a tbi engine my question is what do i have to do to put a 4bbl intake on it,can i? and what type of cam and lifters,is it a roller cam engine? would do best for a stock engine that will have a 4bbl carb headers and an after market intake the engine will be going into a 1984 chevy 4by4. any help would be grat ty

As far as the convert to carb - yes BUT remember ........ you'll need - a carb, an intake, a new dist. (MSD Pro-Billet - I suggest) & a MSD box to control it.

You may have to content with computer issues also ....... dash lights, lock up verter, etc.
