Swapping flex plate to flywheel - balance?

Hello all and thanks for your response.

I am working on an 85 454 from a one ton dually. The transmission is a turbo 400.

I plan to put this motor into my 68 Chevy pickup chop top. I am currently running a 327 motor. It will run the Tremec TKO 600 5 speed transmission.

When is replace the flexplate with a flywheel, will I have to have the engine re-balanced?

Are there any other things I have to replace? Thanks!
