Block was bored .030" over and decked .035".
Pistons are SRP 141635 pistons (piston, pin, rings weigh 853 grams )just like tech inspector offered.
I went with Lunati 50270 Cam 238/248 114 lobe separation. .640 in lift/.629 ex lift.
Installed engine yesterday spent all this morning making sure distributor was installed correctly.
Smoke tested the intake to make sure I had no air leaks.
Accel DFI calibration wizard got me close enough to fire and run it in the shop. Had to lean it out about 10% to get it running on the road slowly.
This thing runs well for being barely tuned in. Ran it around a 2 mile loop and what a HUGE difference. I can tell it's gonna run like a bear.
Brake booster vacuum is spotty at idle. Might end up with a reservoir or electric pump. Not sure yet.
