So I decided to try a set of these icon pistons in my latest build. They are very reasonably priced and look pretty good for a claimer series piston. My question is what do they mean by forged head relief. I see on their website they sell two versions of the same piston, one is called a forged piston and one is called a forged head relief. I just found this confusing and can't seem to find any info about it.

Just so others will know the Icon Forged and Icon FHR pistons are not claimer pistons. The Icon Forged Premium piston is made from highest grade extruded aluminum billet. They use 2-1/16 rings and a 3/16 oil rings. The pins use spiral lock lockrings. The skirts are diamond finished. The FHR Icon Forged pistons use 2-5/64 rings and a 3/16 oil rings. The pins use a tru-arc lockring. The FHR pistons dome and valve reliefs are forged where the Icon Premium Forged are machined. The FHR pistons weigh more than the Icon Premium Forged pistons. All this information I read in their catalog.
