Talked to Mark at Edelbock, finally after playing phone tag, He wants to see the ECU readings while the engine is running, says the window for the EFI working right is small because of the engine and cam. Says we can work it out buy should have used the multi port injection. Good god!! clean the plugs, load on the trailer to move her 6 miles to a hard ball road. I used the throttle body because it looks like a carb and I have had a good usage report from edelblock. Now I just don't understand NOONE ever said don't use this or that, with this or so forth. Now Edelblock says don't use the ground off the MSD unit from a Digital 6A box to the car tach, and to call MSD, and MSD says its fine to use it for both. 40 K into the build and still cant drive her

From my experience you should listen to Edelbrock about the wiring, especially about grounds where you can get ground loop gremlins working. You know now that MarkH is their guru for the E-Street you're working with and you've got his attention so trust him and follow his lead. Edelbrock has lots of guys who may be expert about fuel injection, but like most places they have product line experts, and that's Mark for E-Street.Last edited by rspears; 10-16-2014 at 06:57 AM.

Enjoy the little things in life, and you may look back one day and realize that they were really the BIG things.
