Headers for my 454 in a 72 NOVA
Hello gents!
I am putting my new 454 in my Nova this week end. I have not purchased my headers yet. I will be putting a fiberglass front end on the Nova and have been looking for a set of fender well headers for the application. No luck. While looking around I saw headers made by Dynatech 740-59310 - Dynatech SuperMaxx Engine Swap Headers. They have 2-1/8 primary tubes and appear to look OK from the pictures. They are not fender well headers but I have just about given up on that idea. Does anyone have any experience with Dynatech? I do not have an issue buying Hooker Super Comps. I was just wondering about the Dynatech stuff.

Thorleys are 14 gauge tubes and 3/8" flanges. A fellow can always find lesser quality for less money Denny.

Thanks for the input guys. I did not put the BBC in the car this past week end. I think I may be nuts but I decided to replace the stock front suspension with a unit made by Checkered Racing. They are close to home in Spencer Indiana. I have converted the stock unit to disc brakes and they have only a few miles on them. My son keeps telling me to just get the car on the road and make it better over time. Maybe he is right. Like I said maybe I am nuts!
Great to see your new post, Mike, and great to see CHR up and running again after several days of the Hmmm, can't reach this page.... Also good that you found an easy solution to your storage/access...
