I've got thousands of pics----but this site don't like my resolution level to show the details that I work very hard to insure shows in the pics. Without ANY support from other members to convince Brent to change the specs for uploading, I have been unable to get it changed. Talk about band width, load time, etc, etc. However I do thank DennyW and Roger for loading the ones I e mailed to them.

The build/work on these three blocks would include the alignment/leveling procedure in the surface grinder to square/paraell deck to a spec determined from the crankshaft/camshaft centerline, boring the cylinders referenced to those angles ( and some race engines an offset for thrust angles or valve clearance )

The importance of using torque plates for finish honing, proper fasteners, gaskets, ETC

Interferance side fit of main caps, bolt point relief, tap drill, threading depth to clear oil gallies/coolant cavities, boring of main bores for proper alignment/finish honing

Mock up and clearancing for stroker clearance to pan rail areas and cylinder bottoms for rod bolt clearance,

Positioning of cam bearings and check for rod interference to lobes

deburring/champering edges and casting flash from oil return holes

possible maching/fitment of piston oil squirters
