    350 Thermostat - What degree ?

What is the correct temperature for a thermostat in a 350 "010" block? 160 ior 180 degree? The car has a large radiator and so it tends to run cool up here in the mountains. Maybe I should be running a 160? Thanks for any help.

    Get degreed

I like the 180 it's the middle of the road , for carbs. 195 for fuel inj.160 has always been too cold for me. I also run 50/50 mix extended anti -freeze it seems to keep everything cleaner longer.
