    ok now ive got it any ideas??

     



    ok after searching and searching i finally found the info i didnt wanna see the motor was a ca. motor extra low emissions ( uhhh ) anyways since the motor is in a 69 nova with all of the emissions junk ripped off do you think this will raise the 160hp

    I doubt it. The motor is designed and tuned to work with the "emissions junk." Just ripping it out doesn't do much good - if any at all.

    Probably with a better set of heads, it would probably do around 200-220 depending on the heads you got.

    you'll need new heads, cause you got smogger heads... other than that the rest of the motor should be the same as a non smogger.... the intake might be ported differently though, and if you're running the original carb, it might have a few little POS smog accessories built into it
